General Terms
Last updated: 22 June 2026
These are the ground rules for using clippr.ae. If you sign in as a Clipper or post a campaign as a Publisher, you also agree to the role-specific terms — those control if anything here contradicts them.
The basics
- You must be 18 or older to use Clippr.
- By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't, don't use the site.
- We can update these terms whenever. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use after that means you accept the update.
- Our Privacy Policy is part of these terms by reference.
What you can't do
Don't use Clippr to do anything illegal or anything that hurts other people or the platform. Specifically, don't:
- hack, attack, probe, or otherwise mess with our infrastructure;
- upload viruses, malware, or anything similar;
- scrape, copy, or rebuild the site for a competing product;
- harass, threaten, defame, or discriminate against anyone;
- publish anything obscene, sexually explicit, violent, or that targets minors;
- infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, or other IP;
- submit false information, fake views, bot traffic, paid traffic, or anything that artificially inflates campaign metrics;
- impersonate another person or organisation.
We can suspend or terminate access at any time if you break these rules.
Our content and yours
Everything Clippr builds (the site, the dashboard, the brand, code, copy, icons, our internal AI tools) belongs to Clippr. Using the site doesn't transfer any of it to you. Don't copy, mirror, or republish it without our written permission.
Anything you post or submit (campaign data, clip URLs, chat messages, feedback, etc.) stays yours — but you give us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use it as needed to run and improve the platform.
Third-party links
Clippr links out to TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, Discord, payment providers, and other third parties. We're not responsible for what's on those sites. Their terms apply when you use them.
Copyright complaints (DMCA)
If you believe content on Clippr infringes your copyright, email legal@clippr.ae with: a description of the work, where the infringing material is on Clippr, your contact info, a good-faith statement that the use isn't authorised, a statement under penalty of perjury that the info is accurate, and your signature (electronic is fine).
No advice
Nothing on Clippr is legal, tax, financial, medical, or investment advice. It's a platform for buying and selling clipping services — that's it.
// disclaimer of warranties
Clippr is provided "as is" and "as available." We don't guarantee uptime, accuracy, security, or that the site will meet your needs. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties — express, implied, or statutory — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
// limit of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Clippr will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, loss of goodwill, or cost of substitute services — even if we knew the damages were possible. If we're found liable despite all that, our total liability to you for any claim is capped at USD $500.
Indemnity
If a third party brings a claim against us because of something you did — breaking these terms, breaking the law, or violating someone else's rights — you'll cover our reasonable costs (including legal fees) of dealing with it.
Disputes — arbitration & no class actions
Any dispute between you and Clippr will be resolved by binding individual arbitration before a single arbitrator under the rules of a recognised arbitration body. You give up the right to a jury trial and the right to bring or join a class action. The arbitrator decides what's arbitrable.
You can opt out within 30 days of first using the site by emailing legal@clippr.ae with the subject "Arbitration Opt-Out" and your account info.
Nothing here stops Clippr from going to court to protect our intellectual property.
Other stuff
- Assignment — you can't transfer these terms to anyone else; we can, if we sell or restructure the business.
- No waiver — if we don't enforce something today, we can still enforce it tomorrow.
- Severability — if any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies.
- Governing law — these terms are governed by the laws of the UAE. Disputes that aren't arbitrated go to the courts of Dubai.
- Entire agreement — these terms (plus the Privacy Policy, Clipper Terms, or Publisher Terms if they apply to you) are the full agreement between us.
- Electronic communication — by using Clippr, you agree we can communicate with you electronically.
