Clippr Terms
For Clippers · Last updated: 22 June 2026
These are the terms for using Clippr as a Clipper — someone who submits clips to campaigns and gets paid based on views. By signing up, you agree to them.
How Clippr works (for you)
- Publishers post campaigns on Clippr — each one has a brief, content rules, a per-1,000-view payout rate, a total budget, and caps.
- You pick a campaign, make a clip, post it to your social account, and submit the link in your dashboard.
- We poll the view count over time. Your earnings = views ÷ 1,000 × the campaign's rate, capped by the campaign's limits.
- Earnings are released after the Publisher finalises the campaign. You can then withdraw via PayPal, crypto, or bank/Wise.
Who can be a Clipper
- You must be 18 or older.
- You must own the social accounts you link to Clippr — and we'll verify before crediting any views.
- You're responsible for following the laws and tax rules of your country. Clippr doesn't withhold tax unless we're legally required to.
Rules for your clips
Every clip you submit must:
- follow the campaign's content brief and any platform rules it lives on (TikTok, IG, YT, X, etc.);
- be posted by an account you've verified with Clippr;
- respect the FTC's rules on endorsements, sponsored content, and clear disclosures;
- not infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, or other rights;
- not contain anything obscene, hateful, violent, illegal, or that targets minors.
// fake engagement = automatic disqualification
Bot views, paid traffic, view farms, sockpuppet engagement, comment pods, or anything that artificially inflates your numbers — instant ban, forfeit of accrued earnings on the flagged submission, and possible account termination. We monitor view trajectories, account age, comment/like ratios, and other signals.
Linking your socials
To verify you own a social account, you'll either sign in via TikTok OAuth or paste a one-time code into the account's bio for a few minutes (Instagram, YouTube, X). After verification you can remove the code. We don't post, message, or modify anything on your linked accounts.
Payouts
- Earnings on a campaign are on hold until the Publisher's campaign is finalised by Clippr. This protects everyone from chargebacks and view-count disputes.
- Once released, you can withdraw via PayPal, crypto, or Wise/bank — pick a method in Settings. We pay out within a reasonable window after you request.
- If you earn money before setting up a payout method, we hold it for 30 days. After that, unclaimed amounts can be forfeited.
When we can adjust or forfeit earnings
We can reduce, reject, or fully forfeit earnings on a submission in any of these cases:
- Your clip doesn't match the campaign type — wrong format, wrong platform, wrong sound, wrong style than what the brief asked for.
- Your clip doesn't meet the campaign's content requirements — missing required elements, ignoring guidelines, or not hitting the brief.
- Your account doesn't fit the campaign's niche — wrong audience, wrong content genre, or a mismatch with the Publisher's target.
- Your post gets flagged by our fraud system — bot views, paid traffic, suspicious view-velocity, engagement-ratio anomalies, sockpuppet activity, or any other automated red flag (see fake-engagement rules above).
- The campaign's budget is empty or near depleted — once a campaign's total budget is exhausted (or capped per post / per profile), additional views won't be paid. Budgets are first-come, first-served as Clippers accumulate views.
- Other clear violations of these terms or the Publisher's campaign rules.
Where possible, we'll tell you why and what would unflag the clip. Adjustments to live earnings are final once the Publisher finalises the campaign.
Referrals
Every account has a unique referral code. When 10 of your referred users become qualified clippers (their first valid clip is submitted), you earn $10. Self-referrals don't count. We can adjust the program with notice.
Account & content
- You own your clips. By submitting them, you give Clippr and the Publisher of that campaign a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use them in connection with the campaign and to promote the platform.
- You can close your account at any time. Earnings already accrued and validated will still pay out, subject to verification.
- We can suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms.
- Don't share your account. One person per account.
Communication & Nikki
We may message you about clips, payouts, fraud flags, and product updates — usually via Discord DM from our official bot. Conversations with our AI assistant Nikki (in-app chat and Discord) are recorded for support, training, fraud investigation, and legal records. Don't share passwords, full card numbers, or ID documents with her.
// disclaimer of warranties
Clippr is provided "as is." We don't guarantee uptime, accuracy, or that you'll earn any specific amount. View counts come from third-party platforms (TikTok, Apify, yt-dlp, etc.) — we trust their data but can't warrant it. All warranties (express, implied, or statutory) are disclaimed to the maximum extent allowed by law.
// limit of liability
Clippr is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. If we're found liable for anything, our total liability to you is capped at USD $500. No liability at all for beta or trial features.
Disputes
Any dispute between you and Clippr will be resolved by binding individual arbitration. You waive the right to a jury trial and to bring or join a class action. You can opt out within 30 days of first using Clippr by emailing legal@clippr.ae with the subject "Arbitration Opt-Out" and your account info. UAE law governs; Dubai courts hear anything not arbitrated.
Changes
We may update these terms over time. Material changes will be posted here; continued use after that means you accept them.
